What can you expect from Coppergate Luxury Cars on your special day?

Planning: You will be contacted approximately five days before the date of your wedding where all final arrangements for your wedding will be discussed. During the week before your 'Big Day' we will plan the route and check all pick up and drop off points to ensure that the day runs as smoothly as possible. On the day of your wedding the cars will be furnished with various decorations and our agreed choice of coloured ribbon.

Chauffeurs: All our Chaffeurs are punctual, courteous and most importantly friendly. They will ensure the transport arrangements run as smoothly as possible leaving you to enjoy your special day.

Prompt Service: Where possible, we will aim to arrive at the arranged pick up point up to fifteen minutes before the arranged time to help ease the stress involved in the build up to the ceremony.

Build up: Before the ceremony begins you can be sure that all members of the wedding party using Coppergate Luxury Cars to transport them to the wedding venue will be there at the arranged time awaiting the arrival of the Bride. There will also be photo opportunities for the Bride on arrival at the wedding venue.

During the ceremony: Coppergate Luxury Cars will remain at the wedding venue during the entire duration of the wedding service and will be prepared for the Bride and Groom's exit from the venue, including laying of the red carpet (weather permitting). You can be confident the cars will be waiting for you.

After the ceremony: Once the ceremony has finished and all photographs have been taken the Bride and Groom will be transported to the arranged location for more intimate photographs if appropriate. Whilst the Bride and Groom are having more photographs the second car (if required) will transport other selected members of the Bridal party to the reception venue or accompany the Bridal car for photgraphs.

Reception arrival: Upon arrival to the reception our chaffeur will assist members of the wedding party from the cars and into the reception venue. After this time our work is done and the cars will return to their garage leaving you to enjoy your first night as a married couple.

Optional Extras

Champagne: For a small additional cost, en route to the reception or a more intimate location for photographs, the Bride and Groom may toast their marriage to one another with a bottle of champagne. Champagne flutes and a bottle cooler are provided for use.

Personalised number plates: For a small additional cost, Coppergate Luxury Cars can provide a personalised registration plate of your choice to make those photographs with the car more personal and special to the Bride and Groom. This will be yours to keep after use on the day.

Airport transfers: Why not add that special start to your honeymoon and travel to the airport in style and luxury in one of our luxurious Jaguars. The price will be discounted if two or more cars were used for your wedding.
